  •  Initiated by the Executive, Senior Leadership Team or HR

  • Typically establish a Working Group or Committee with a cross section of staff and leaders to partner with in analysing the survey data and clarifying emerging themes - building an evidence-based view of the strengths and weaknesses of a range of engagement and culture drivers

  • Engage the broader organisation via focus group, forums or crowdsourcing online to gain ideas, inputs and insights into prioritisation

  • Support the Working Group in drafting recommendations around actions and priorities, and present to the Executive/ Senior Leadership for review

  • Implementation support for approved actions/initiatives. Reinforcement activities selected to suit, these may include team initiatives, training, individual and team coaching

  • Accountability for action plans and communications, supported by coaching/follow up to ensure sustainable change

  • Programs take 3-6 months, delivering short term wins plus longer-term engagement
