Expert support for Engagement Survey actions
Staff engagement is an important measure of organisational success and wellbeing. Conducting regular Engagement Surveys to measure the pulse of the people is a valuable activity - but only when followed up by responsive management action, energising activities and tangible improvements in the workplace.
Make the most of your Engagement Survey to get maximum value and results from the process. Our Programs start where your Survey leaves off– with an Accountability Action Framework to guide, support and recognise people at all levels as they make changes for the better.
Who’s it for
Whole organisation
Divisions/Business Units
How it works
Initiated by the Executive, Senior Leadership Team or HR
Typically establish a Working Group or Committee with a cross section of staff and leaders to partner with in analysing the survey data and clarifying emerging themes - building an evidence-based view of the strengths and weaknesses of a range of engagement and culture drivers
Engage the broader organisation via focus group, forums or crowdsourcing online to gain ideas, inputs and insights into prioritisation
Support the Working Group in drafting recommendations around actions and priorities, and present to the Executive/ Senior Leadership for review
Implementation support for approved actions/initiatives. Reinforcement activities selected to suit, these may include team initiatives, training, individual and team coaching
Accountability for action plans and communications, supported by coaching/follow up to ensure sustainable change
Programs take 3-6 months, delivering short term wins plus longer-term engagement
