The focus on these programs is to enable teams to unleash their potential and move from good to great. As teams evolve in their size, composition or deliverables, it is essential for them to reflect on and review the effectiveness of their work practices.
These programs can be run in conjunction with business planning cycles or following periods of significant change or busyness to help the team reset, reconnect and reinvigorate.
Who’s it for
Established teams at any level of seniority
How it works
Initiated by the team's leader or HR
Purpose-built to take the team to their next level of performance
Data informed, through team diagnostic survey and/or interviews
Activities are selected to address biggest opportunity areas for the team (e.g. vision and goal setting, effective communication and meetings, team dynamics, team decision making and other accountability processes)
Typically includes a combination of workshops (in-person or virtual), group initiatives, team observation, individual and team coaching
Can be integrated with strategy development, business planning or talent development processes for maximum impact
Accountability for action plans and communications, supported by coaching/follow up to ensure sustainable change
Programs take 6-18 months, to ensure ongoing learning and improvements are sustained
