Programs for setting up new or merged/restructured teams
Teams that are new, restructuring, cross-functional or short-term in nature (such as taskforces, project teams or cross-functional working groups and committees) benefit from a fast-track program to set them up for success.
Addressing both relationship building and operational practices, the team works through a set of evidence-based activities to help them move from 'forming to performing' and hit the ground running.
