Begins with brief review of context and background to the team's current state, completed through interviews and/or anonymous team survey
Workshops are used to create a safe environment for the team to air, acknowledge and address the issues facing them
The team is then equipped to reset how they work to develop a psychologically safe environment which allows them to engage respectfully and work at their best
Includes confidential, one-on-one coaching for the team leader to lead their team's turnaround
Team commitments and achievements are documented and tracked to drive ongoing improvements
Programs take 2-6 months, to ensure strong foundations and embed sustainable ways of working
