How it works

  • Initiated by the HR/Talent Manager or line manager

  • Focused on supporting immediate or near-future transition into a leadership role

  • Confidential sessions, in person or virtually

  • Action learning activities between sessions to try, review and embed new approaches

  • Supported by insights from stakeholder feedback and assessment of leadership practices

  • 6-12 sessions, held over a condensed period to fast-track development
